A rich mixture of cinnamon and cloves, this pleasing incense lingers in the air long after being used. "All thy garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made thee glad." (Psalm 44:8, LXX)
Wonderful scent
If you have not tried Cassia yet, wait no more. If you have an affinity for smells reminiscent of piping hot apple cider or a hot apple pie, this incense will be well met by your nose. The cinnamon and clove develop well and will fill your prayer corner with warmth.
Our church uses this during Divine Liturgy in combination with a few other fragrances. The combination of incense (all purchased from Holy Cross) that we use is fantastic and definitely helps elevate the atmosphere of worship.
Best way I can describe the smell of the incense, the aeroma smells similar to pho broth and it's spices we use. But has its own distinct aeroma, my wife and I love this incense!
This currently my favorite incense. I’m reminded of Psalm 45 each time.
