Kulich is a traditional yeasted cake that is filled with eggs, milk, butter, honey, sugar, sweet spices, and studded with nuts and candied fruit. In order to symbolize the Resurrection of our Savior, it is allowed to rise high. Then it is baked to a golden brown, topped with a rich sugar frosting and the letters XB, an abbreviation of the traditional Russian Paschal greeting meaning "Christ is Risen."

The ingredients speak for themselves: wheat flour, whole milk, sweet cream butter, fresh eggs, West Virginia honey, sliced almonds, candied orange peel, sugar, yeast, sea salt, ground cardamom, and vanilla. Topped with frosting and candied orange peel.

Send a kulich to your loved ones in honor of the Paschal Feast!

Gift orders for kulich are shipped to arrive for Orthodox Holy Week. If you would like them to ship for Western Easter, please leave a note at checkout.

Also, please be aware that we ship gift orders at different times based in part on how far they have to travel. Paschal Kulich

I ordered it for my Pascha basket, however, it arrived so quickly that I had to freeze it. Looking forward to enjoying it this Sunday.

i enjoyed the paschal kulich. i would have preferred many more rasins. i think, perhaps, the 2025 kulichs fell victim to inflation.
